A large-scale consulting company was looking to spark engagement with a key client about the ways artificial intelligence (AI) could be transformative for their member experience and technology teams.

There was an opportunity to bring executives together to align on an AI vision, use cases, and program charter in an engaging and interactive way.

How we helped

We partnered closely with an AI subject matter expert (SME), the consulting company’s sales executives, and the client’s operational leaders to:

  • Align workshop goals, outcomes, agenda, and attendees

  • Design workshop activities, content, and materials

  • Organize supplies and resources to travel onsite while creating an engaging hybrid physical and digital workshop experience

  • Set up the room with flip charts, markers, sticky notes, snacks, and other supplies to create an interactive workshop

  • Facilitate visioning, brainstorming, ideation, prioritization, and planning activities for a strategic AI program

  • Recap the workshop outcomes, decisions, program charter, and recommended next steps

How we made a statement

At the end of the workshop, leaders shared that they felt the workshop was time well spent, engaging, fun, informative, and energizing. The workshop accelerated alignment across the leadership team, sparking momentum for a new, AI program that has the ability to unlock speed, agility, quality, and growth for their membership experience team.
